💙ADOPTED❤️ Sonny (fka Sonamu) was one of 8 pugs saved from a hellish puppy mill in Oct. Rescuing that many dogs at one time is a strain on resources and we knew we needed help to find them homes. Thank goodness for our partner rescue group, @pugrescueofnewengland! They took 2 of the 8 pugs, including Sonny, and found them their best homes!

Two-and-a-half year old Sonny had a shrunken left eye (no vision in that eye), Giardia, and a ruptured sebaceous cyst (which can be recurring — caused by standing on metal grates at the puppy mill).

Her mom, Robin, told us: “She is a very nice lady and she lives with a pug from China named Bunbun.” 💙

We are so happy that Sonny no longer has to live in a cage, that she is surrounded by love.
