🍕 ADOPTED 🍕 Who doesn’t like pizza? What if you met a pug named Pizza – even better, right?
Please meet Pizza the Pug (fka Gary)! This pug left Korea as “Gary” with flight volunteer, Grace, on Aug 3, 2022 on a flight to LA. One month later, he went home w/his forever family, Kaylynn & Anthony, as “Pizza!”
From mom Kaylynn:
“Our little Pizza Pepperoni Pug has only been with us for 5 months, but we don't remember what life was like w/o him. He's a happy, excitable, floppy pug (loves to tumble off/into furniture & keeps running like it never happened). He makes our home brighter each day.
For his big brother, 4yo black pug Pierogi, it was love at first sight.
When they met, they immediately started chasing each other & trying to stick their tongues in each other's mouths, and they haven't stopped since. Now, most of their waking hours are spent cuddling, playing tug-o-war, and filling our home with pug ASMR (snorts, grumbles, & gremlin chirps galore).
We searched for a long time to find our little Pizza, and the wait was well worth it. He fits in our family like a fuzzy puzzle piece 🧩 that makes it whole. He couldn't be any other pug <3”
Rescue story in Kim’s words:
He was in the sales list. He was a baby (6mo), so I felt so sad.
He lived far northern newly constructed city. His owner had toddler so they could not live with him. After they bought him at the pet shop, he lived in a small area. As time went by, he wanted to move around and come out of small place surrounded by barrier.
They decided to let him go. I got him on Jun 13.
Thank you to @gracehkxm for flying with him! Thanks to Jinny for fostering him in SoCal and Terry (Kim’s brother) for fostering him in Korea!
