bonnie’s Rescue Story
We rescued Bonnie on August 1, 2026. Miraculously, she escaped euthanasia. Dogs in Korean shelters typically only get 10 days before they’re put on the list for euthanasia. Bonnie got at least a month 😅. A woman took special interest in her and would call the shelter to check on her status. Unfortunately she couldn’t adopt her but asked us if we could save her. When she first contacted us, we were in our rescue moratorium (spurred by financial reasons) and couldn’t. But as soon as we lifted the suspension, we saved her.
*Adoption fee covers vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, all medical care, and transportation from Korea to the West Coast. If flown to the East Coast, add $200 to his base adoption fee. For more information on the adoption process and fee, visit how to adopt.
