I’M AVAILABLE!
Hi! I’m muffy!
Meet muffy!
Muffy is the first dog we rescued once we lifted our rescue suspension in July 2026.
Muffy is very patient with the younger foster pugs in Rescuer Kim’s home. She’s like a mama to them. She also gets along with the other pugs.

muffy’s Rescue Story
She entered the shelter in May, and, fortunately, the shelter held off euthanasia for 2 months. Shelter staff reached out to PRK volunteer about this sweet girl, surrendered after her owner entered a dementia facility. The shelter held her past her deadline hoping for an adopter, but as summer overcrowding set in, time ran out. She’s incredibly lucky they called us instead of euthanizing—now she is safe.
Health Considerations
Her right front leg has a limp from an untreated injury years ago. Her bones then fused together and now correction surgery is no longer possible. But she’s ok and is not in pain
*Adoption fee covers vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, all medical care, and transportation from Korea to the West Coast. If flown from Korea to the East Coast, add $200 to his base adoption fee. For more information on the adoption process and fee, visit how to adopt.
