Hi! I’m angel!
I’M AVAILABLE!

Meet angel!
After a traumatic start in life, Angel is finally learning what it means to be safe, loved, and silly. She prances like a deer when she’s excited, gently “plays” with her human’s face (adorable!), and snuggles up for kisses and scratches whenever she can.
She’s calm, quiet, potty trained, crate trained, and learning new things daily — including how to press a button to ask to go outside! Angel doesn’t see well, so she needs a gentle, patient home without many stairs or clutter. But once she settles in, you’ll have the most loyal, loving little shadow by your side.
Angel is so sweet and calm that her name is a perfect fit. She is absolutely precious and such a lover!
She's learning to play with humans and toys.
Angel will jump with her front paws up on my legs when I'm going to the bathroom and she wants her butt scratched and she will lick and open-mouth kiss my face. Her face is so funny, and I can see all the deep love she has. Absolutely precious!
She doesn't bark! She doesn't care about other dogs! She talks to me when I start loving on her, making louder snoring noises.
She is a fast learner and can be trained with treats easily - she's learned to push a button to tell me when she needs to go potty— although sometimes she pushes it because she wants treats 😂. Oh, there are so many wonderful qualities about this girl!
Angel came from a very traumatic situation, and it took months of love and patience for her to heal and begin trusting me. Now, she is always by my side and loves snuggling on the couch and kissing me while climbing into my lap. She responds to calm and loving care! If she is scared and on the leash, she will stop, and it's best not to pull her but to give her reassurance and maybe pick her up for a bit. She is truly so sweet and tender-hearted that it takes time for her to become comfortable.
Ideally, she should be in a home with few to no stairs and little clutter, because of her vision. She would also be with people home enough to give her lots of love and patience to take her out when needed, especially as she gets readjusted. She should not be left home all day without someone to walk with her.
Angel is the sweetest, gentlest, and kindest soul. You will be her most precious possession because she is so thankful for love after her awful puppy-mill days. She listens, can easily be trained, loves to snuggle but also likes her own space, and will fill her human's heart with joy each day!

health considerations
Pigmentary keratitis: dry eyes and pigmentation. Eye drops or ointment are needed for lubrication and to prevent further pigmentation. She is very good about receiving the ointment.
Somewhat vision-impaired, so she needs to become familiar with her surroundings. She figures it out quickly. Sometimes she needs to be pulled over on walks to avoid running into a tree, etc., but she manages well.
She underwent successful surgery to repair her luxating patella (dislocated kneecaps) in her hind legs. We recommend joint supplements moving forward and limiting jumping off furniture.
*Adoption fee covers vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, all medical care, and transportation from Korea to the US. For more information on the adoption process and fee, visit how to adopt.
